The hotel offers various dining venues I particularly enjoyed. Staff members exhibited attentiveness and dedication ensuring my happiness. My room included beautiful decor offering spacious surroundings. The room provided a clothes steamer for delicate items.
One very minor detail was the slight delay in breakfast service one morning though it was quickly resolved and did not affect the overall experience.

i founded the front desk team greetful and helpful. i really appreciate the hotel put my baggage in order.
the check-in was not great, the food after 11 pm for room service was minimal and cold. the breakfast scenario was crazy, one of the staff had problem with us using laptops at breakfast.

my superior room had pretty sash windows facing the opera house. the ceiling height gave the room grandeur. a clothes steamer was handy for my silk dress, and the minibar had many options.

the restaurant has a beautiful glass roof that looked atmospheric for dinner. i had breakfast and the staff looked attentive. the egg sandwich had a tasty horseradish sauce. the staff provided oat milk for my cappuccino.

the room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. i found it quiet at night since my room faced the back of the hotel. the bathroom was large and the shower was particularly good , i especially liked the amenities provided.
the lighting in the corridors was dim . i kept tripping over a change of level because of the poor visibility.

the staff were very helpful and friendly , providing assistance whenever needed. i appreciated the prompt and attentive service throughout my stay , especially during check-in and check-out. the concierge was always available to assist with directions and recommendations.

My room was super clean and had everything I needed. A clothes steamer proved very useful. Room 314, an Opera Salon View, boasted a great ceiling height and sash windows overlooking the Royal Opera House. It was a decent size.

The staff were super friendly. i got custom treats for my dog in the room and even at the bar. i will come back for sure. every moment was amazing. The service and the room were perfect.
The breakfast was nice but not really good. The bacon was not real bacon.
